Mobile fee

Service range and pricing can be calculated starting from 14201 Branch ave, Brandywine, MD


$100 minimum for all mobile services 


Standard Mobile Rate (All Areas)

  • Base Rate: $1.50 per mile (round trip)

 Area-Based Adjustments

Because not all miles are equal, the following adjustments apply:


  • Maryland: Standard rate applies
  • Washington, DC: +$0.50 per mile (heavy traffic, parking, delays)
  • Northern Virginia: +$0.50–$0.75 per mile (highway congestion, bridge traffic)


• After Hours Service:  additional 30% for services before 8am and after 5pm 


• Same day services: additional 20% if  booked after 12pm. Free when booked before cut off.

Detailing Policy

Scheduling appointments

We provid 24 hour services around the Washington D.C metropolitan area (DMV) . With great service at high demand, additional fees will be charged if services are provided same day or if appointment is not booked within normal business hours. Please have vehicles ready before appointment, and payment ready at check out. Our team will not wait no longer than 10 - 15 mins before leaving and canceling. Additional  fees may be added for any inconvenience. Please note that appointment times may fluctuate due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or specific location factors. Your detailer may arrive earlier or later than the scheduled time. Rest assured, a team member will keep you informed and maintain clear communication regarding any changes

2 Step - Confirmation

Step 1 .All appointments must me confirmed before the day of service to avoid any cancellation.

Step 2 . You will receive a call and or txt prior to your appointment. If contact can not be made service will be canceled or rescheduled. If there are any changes that need to be made please contact before confirming. Thank you.

Client contact

If we are not able to contact the client receiving our service and / or have no confirmation, your appointment will be canceled. A cancellation charge will be applied to your card that was used to reserve your appointment. If at time service has been completed and contact with the owner can not be made Xact Detail will safely park your vehicle lock your doors stash your key in a private location. If there is no safe location to leave keys Xact Detail will take the keys and additional fees will be applied for the inconvenience. 

Reoccurring appointment

Effective from the 1st of January, 2024, we will require all clients with recurring appointments to have a payment card registered on file to secure their appointments. Please note that this card will solely be utilized for the enforcement of our mobile policy. We would like to highlight that alternate payment methods will remain available for the convenience of our esteemed clients. In addition, if two or more appointments are missed within 30 days your vehicle (s) will be excluded from reoccurring appointments and will need to be booked through our normal process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellations / Rescheduling / Downgrading

We strongly recommend that each customer take out the necescary time to choose the package that best fits your vehicles condition. With auto detailing at such high demand there will be a inconvenience fee charged of $25 for all downgraded or rescheduled services, additional to service provided. In case a service is cut short any discounts will be voided and a total will be calculated base upon service provided.

All confirmed vehicles must be present to avoid additional fees. Xact detail will wait no longer than 10-15 minutes after arrival before canceling appointment. There is a minimum $50 cancellation fee per vehicle.


We understand circumstances may require you to cancel your appointment. To avoid cancellation fee. You may reschedule once, but no more than two weeks form your original appointment.

Deposit

We would like to inform all our esteemed customers that it is compulsory to have a payment card registered with us to secure their appointments. However, we are pleased to offer alternative payment options for your convenience.


Please note that for services that cost over $300, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required in advance. We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. If this happens, please be aware that you may reschedule your appointment once, but no more than two weeks from the date of the original appointment.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and are here to assist you with any further queries or concerns.

Payment type

We accept all major debit and credit cards , business checks, gift cards and cash. We no longer accept any other forms of payment. Mobile checkout and invoicing available through our site. Xact Detail gift cards are limited to one per visit and cannot be combined with any other promotions. Please have payment ready at time of check out. Please make sure to thoroughly inspect your vehicle before completing payment. Once payment has been completed you will receive a receipt of your transaction. All transactions are final and can not be refunded. All services over $100 have a 3.7% processing fee. Services over $299 require a 20% non refundable deposit. 

Loyalty points

1. Redemption Limits

To maintain fairness and business sustainability, customers may redeem loyalty points under the following conditions:

  • A maximum of 50% of the total service value can be covered using loyalty points per transaction.
  • Remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.

2. Minimum Redemption Requirement

  • Points may only be redeemed once a minimum of 500 points has been accumulated.
  • Redemptions must be made in increments of 100 points.

3. Service Eligibility

  • Points can be applied to standard detailing services only.
  • Points cannot be used toward:
    • Ceramic coatings
    • Paint correction packages (Level 1, Level 2, etc.)
    • PPF (Paint Protection Film) services
    • Discounted or promotional packages

4. Stacking Restrictions

  • Loyalty points cannot be combined with:
    • Seasonal promotions
    • Referral discounts
    • Bundle/package discounts

5. Expiration Policy

  • Loyalty points expire 12 months after the date they are earned if unused.

6. Non-Transferable

  • Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the original customer tied to the account.

7. Abuse & Adjustments

  • Management reserves the right to:
    • Adjust point balances if misuse is detected
    • Deny redemption if policy terms are violated

8. Business Discretion

  • Xact Detail LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to ensure program sustainability and service quality.

Quality control

All vehicles under this section are priced accordingly to accommodate and preserve the quality of your vehicle . An additional $25 - $75 will be charged based upon uour vehicles specific needs. Black or Chrome wheels, luxury over $150,00, exotic vehicles, historic vehicles and custom vehicles. 

Removal of trash and personal items

Cleaning up bulk trash and personal items is not a service that is provided in any of our packages. This can be a very time consuming process. We genuinely ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles, along with disposing of any unwanted item prior to service. If items are left in vehicle there will be an additional $35 clean up fee and $25 inconvenience fee charged to service 

Lost or misplaced items

Please take the time to remove all valuable items from your vehicle before your detailer arrives. We strongly suggest this to prevent any unlikely accidents from happening . Please remove any  weapons, drugs, money, wallets,purses, fashionable attire , car seats, car chargers, gps, GoPro, mail ,receipts, keys, jewelry, glass bottles, tablets , phones, toys and anything related to the cowboys. We will respect each vehicle as it was our own and will not be responsible for any person failing to read this policy nor the items in question 


Damaged property

By booking a service with us, all customers will take full responsibility for any damages outside the knowledge of Xact Detail and employees. If obvious damage occurs in the process Xact Detail will investigate the situation and proceed with the necessary measures. Please let your service provider know about any new repairs, recently treated or damaged areas before service. We ask all customers to please check over your vehicle before and after each service. Xact Detail will not take accountability or investigate any damages reported after 24hours
